Bio:	Founded in 2002, Golden State Greyhound Adoption is an all-volunteer non-profit organization that places retired racing greyhounds in adoptive homes in northern California, particularly the San Francisco Bay area. Our ex-racers come primarily from tracks in Colorado. Special dogs we care for include hounds that have sustained broken legs and other injuries on the track; we pay for their medical bills so they, too, can retire in loving homes. We also find homes for older brood matrons.
